I originally saw this as a kid, and it actually traumatized me. Specifically, the part where the Roach grabs Edgar and you hear him tearing him apart. Even now, scenes like that, where something happens off screen with the sound and only your imagination send me back to that moment as a kid, even if I’m no longer as afraid of things, especially movies, as I was then.

7:00 and at 17:40 It's actually cool that you noticed that detail. She does have slight deja vu. It's because when K first appeared to introduce himself to J, he neuralyzed her but the feeling of knowing him still stuck in her brain. Most people watching this film for the first time don't catch that detail at times.

26:00 There's a funny joke that circulates online about Elvis actually. K states that Elvis isn't dead, he just went home. Lilo and Stitch actually continues this trend subtly. In the scene when Jumba gets knocked over after Stitch throws a plasma ball back at him, it ricochets all over the place and hits Lilo's record player which starts playing "Hound Dog" by Elvis. Jumba's immediate response as he gets up is, "Ooh, I love this song!" implying that he recognizes Elvis. Now... why would Jumba be aware of what an Elvis Presley song is if it's local to Earth? Pleakley was the character confirmed to be the expert on Earth so how did Jumba recognize the song and also loves it? The answer? It's because Elvis is an alien and he really did not die. He just went home, exactly as K says.
