Oprah talks about everybody black but didn't say a thing about her friend Harvey Weinstein. Go figure. I been through with Oprah!!

I was shocked and heart after MJ death she had that interview with these two guys. Growing up she was a staple in my house but so were the Jackson 5 too. She had a big crush on Jackie Jackson and he was so kind to have a play date with her. Who didn't love them and want to marry them. When MJ got huge social media said all those awful things about him just terrible. Sorry when you are as talented and gifted as he was you are not your every day Joe. Your in your destiny soaring high and strong.

Isn't that a household back in the day they didn't get beat with the ironing cord or we call it extension cord switches belts and we still came out fine.
@JRCGuitarist5 ай бұрын
No, there were Black households where parents were more balanced. Unfortunately, a lot of Black parents back in the day thought being harsh at times was okay. And no, many of y’all didn’t turn out fine. A lot of think you were fine. But there 3 generations of dysfunctional folx raised by those generations, and we living proof that things that were done was not fine. We just normalised shrugging off generational pain, and excusing it as necessary. As to what was used, Michael stated those things as having been used, Tito told someone in the family there was salt used after he was beaten one time. It seems folx either support the behaviour or don’t support it. But what we do know is that spanking wasn’t meant to be used that way.

@@JRCGuitaristThank you for this comment. I love how I was raised and have done the same for mine. Physical punishment wasn’t a automatic go to. We were talked to first, given warnings, grounded, book reports, more chores all before getting the “medicine”😂. Which happened maybe once a year for me and eventually stopped all together. Not all black families raised kids with switches, cords, and what not on a regular basis. Yes the tools were known about and available but I was raised in love and appreciate it more as I get older. Nobody cursed me out my name, did my hair hard because I was tender headed, nor did anything in the movie Precious. There are a lot of stable minded black families out here.

You can tell by the way Michael dances that he was always proud of his Black heritage. ❤✨ As far as plastic surgery goes... let's just say that MJ opened up the "flood gates." 👁️✨👁️
