I know of two past lives, I know there are many, put the one thing that is clear is that I am afraid of expressing myself. In one of my past lives, I was a medium, I was tortured for practicing my craft, hung and thrown in the river to die. I believe that was a very hard trauma and why I cannot remember it. I know there were more traumatic past lives but I cannot explain why my contract that I sign before I was born was to agree to experience a facial birthmark. I keep thinking it was probably from a traumatic experience. I would like to heal it because it has stopped me from my souls goal. This is fascinating to me and I would like to let go of all my fears.
