It is advised to drink the charged water before and after a session. But you simply blow over the area on the knee thsts causing you pain..sweeping, circular motions for at least 20 mins per knee.. x

This quartz tube is inside the attachment which you screw to the main body. The color you can see tough the holes of the attachment also you can see by taking it out with fingers from attachment. Hope you understand. Some sellers say that only orange tubes are real quartz and only that one works. Please check yours
