Should have stayed at Martin place for dinner. The mobile food truck comes around every night there as well as out the front of woolloomooloo pcyc across from the domain and a bit further down the road on cathedral st. If you are really strapped for cash, most community groups/centres feed the homeless and people who are struggling financially.

Yeah, freebies are the best! Expos are also a good source. Obviously the food-themed ones are best though often not free entry, but the free or free with pre-registration shows, like the Home Show, Careers, Everywoman, Concious Living Expos, etc will just about always have some free edible stuff like lollies, coffee, cooking demo/product samples, etc :)
