Janome purple tipped needles may be the answer to skipped stitches on your machine.

Troubleshooting skipped stitches on my DC3050 Janome sewing machine.
After spending several days pulling my hair out trying to work out what I was doing wrong on my machine, I received fantastic customer service from this company and want to thank them for prompt and expert help.
Very much appreciated.
It has also highlighted for me how much I have depended on sewing to help me through the lockdown and I hope its been as helpful for all of you.

I just bought my first janome a jw8100 and first time trying to do zigzag and it skipped stitches right away… so i will try some of these needles..

Truly so annoyed for you. I don't know what the design fault is on this because it's a great machine otherwise and a reliable brand. Please let me k ow if switxhing the needles sorts it out for you. I think this idoe is a few years old now and peoole are still saying this happening. Thx for replying!

You have my deepest respect. Sewing a bikini??? Please let me know, are you structuring that? Is this a first time project? Has it been a difficult process are easier than imagined (without the needle privlem). And I really hope this advice helps you get it done. Would love to see the finished piece. @@LizaFlahertyArtist this is the first time using a cover stitch machine I just got the Janome 3 days ago. Besides that I use an opal sewing regular sewing machine and my brother serger. I’ve sew only bikinis for 4 years. I’m Hoping to get this with these new needles I just ordered some. If you have Instagram you can see my work. I am delighted to pass the information on because I was ready to take my.machine to a repair shop and probably spend more than it was worth repairing it. Hard to imagine it was such an easy answer.
