Did you notice the old bridge to your left? We had to pull our mirrors in before crossing because the on coming trucks' mirrors would hit yours or you would get too close to the bridge and that would destroy the right mirror.

Did you know that the Mississippi river runs into lake Winnipeg which is in Manitoba but up in Manitoba Winnipeg is called the red river which flows into Lake Winnipeg our largest lake! Up here it’s 8.6 Fahrenheit for Americans for Winnipeg in Canada it is -13 Celsius at 12:42a.m.on Monday morning .Just Saying

No relaxing here over the weekend, it snowed again, shovel time. David and I have to do it all, my 36 year old Nephew is too lazy to pick up a shovel and help us dig my 80 year old Mother a pathway. She has already fell once and hurt her hip, and she is too heavy for me to pick her up.Uncle Larry is just being Larry, just beware, David is quite a prankster too. I so miss driving.. It was Michigan's Medicaid program that made me loose my licence. I had an eye doctor appointment a month before I knew the DMV would need papers signed by the doctor. I tried to make a second appointment and they would not allow it so I lost my licence. now It will cost me over 100 dollars to get it back. I just can't afford it. sad really

Speedy I'm sorry to hear that, my Husband David lost his too. It was the County we live in that caused him to lose his, it's a long story. Needless to say, he was injured in an accident while working for them, and even though he sued them, he was betrayed by a friend of his, so he didn't get compensated for being injuried to point of being disabled. In fact the accident caused damage to his heart, that had the be repaired in March so 2016. God Bless You.

I was born disabled and for me driving was freedom. now.. well.. i stay home. winter time I can not go far at all. summer time I do take my chair or the hand bike i built and go to parks or just for a ride. but that is all. it was a beautiful roadtrip,we went down to florida to see my mom,s friend shirley we then came back up to georgia to henry county,alabama,to tupelo,mississippi,to ellis county,texas,then onto new mexico to arizona,then onto up through utah,then to wyoming,through montana,then to south dakota,then came down through nebraska,then to kansas,to oklahoma then back home to missouri,really enjoyed the roadtrip,saw alot of pretty country,got to see mount rushmore,elvis presley,s birth home.we went to eisenhowers home,also dodge city.we even went to yellowstone,very pretty.we stopped in saltlake city utah to the family history center so i could do some research.overall it was a very beautiful roadtrip
