The concept of leadership is built on the assumption that another person can do better choices for yourself than you can and is bound to lead to frustration. Frustration for the leading person because their investment of time in telling you what to do and you in the end finding your own way. And frustration for the person being lead, wasting time coming to this conclusion. Project specific leadership - not personal leadership - could work. But since the personal kind always finds its way into it, i think a paradigm shift towards connectivity and collaboration is the best approach.

I think this is one of your most important and lovely, eloquent broadcasts ever. Some of the points in here are so important to everyone right now myself included. Beautifully expressed. My centering and focus has been "creation through thoughts" and praying for others. I have been extremely diligent on watching what I say and "how" I think. It often times amazes me that when I "create" through thoughts it truly manifests, so it's important for me to consistently be present in my thoughts with love and forgiveness. No judgements and with alot of patience. The turnout has been an elevated sense of compassion for others... Many times recently I've cried listening to others and feeling for their existence. I've been pleasantly surprised how much more love I have for those that aren't easily loveable- but that's because I didn't give truth a chance. It's when that openness occurs within a deep sharing between individuals and myself that I find evidence of this being very powerful. There’s was a huge shift for me 11/2020 and my quiet life all of the sudden picked up and it’s been like a celebration and has not stopped. It started with a paid vacation for a week in Sedona Arizona where I had just gone on vacation for a week in 9/2020. Both times the universe took me to Mount Shasta right after Arizona. During full moons and eclipses. It was always planned by either friends Or my family. It’s been crazy. I thought what is happening this is great. I felt like I was in heaven in Sedona. I met so many amazing people and invited to dance gathering up in the vortexes. Now I understand that I entered into the Aquarius age. It hasn’t just been myself but my family as well. We’re a tribe working on our rising frequency it’s amazing. We’re here and I am so excited in this rising.

I take notes on your monthly videos and I draw pictures to help me center around your messages (mostly of me flying! ha!) Okay, so my goal is to keep my head down this month, and make space for myself and allow for others. I realize that I have done the "work" most days in 2020, and it is work, mental work, it takes effort and concentration. I had a fairly good year, in spite of some disappointments, I am able to handle everything a little better. Oddly, a lot of anger toward old, worn out ways in society (like voting, and religion) which I am learning to process and let go of instead of acting out and scaring people. How and who I want to be in the next years is a question that I need to sit long with it to really find the answer. Is like I am afraid somehow of my answer but deep within myself I know that is necessary in order to go forward, letting go of the old habbits, beliefs, thoughts or emotions that no longer help me. Getting to this understanding is already a big revelation for me. Thank you for your videos and I wish you a wonderful 2021 year.

Thank you. This is very clarifying and helpful and inspiring and very much aligning with what I have been grappling with. With the New Year comung in , there is a sense that one should begin new actions for the better, and yet at same time feeling more than ever to go inward into silence and listen and allow what needs to sift through and emerge a bit later, and evolve from more clearing and what will naturally want to express itself and in serving others in a balanced way.
