To be honest, I think Ipsy were sending PR to too many people. There were some who were receiving the PR and doing what i’d call lazy videos. They made no effort to learn about the products, try the products and review it for their viewers. Those same people would have no idea about price changes, repeat products, poor quality brands etc. They knew absolutely nothing about the products and what was going on with Ipsy. You can tell, they just receive the products and resell on Poshmark or similar. PR should go to those who have a decent number of subscribers and make an effort with their videos to provide information. ,SubBox Lover and TrueWants are the first names I think of. I think it’s because they receive PR but also purchase a box so they understand the customer perspective better.

First they raise the prices AGAIN! Next they aren’t going to send influencers the products for review. Well at least that box is a good one. I LOVE the Ofra pallet and the mascara. I hope I get those two.

Seems to me that SO many influencers get the PR and only a few of them actually purchase a box of their own. A lot of these influencers have less than 10k subs so why do they even get these boxes for free? Maybe if Ipsy doesn't give out so many of these then the price wouldn't go up for those of us that do pay ..just a thought.

Although I’ve enjoyed the products, I finally cancelled my Ipsy membership. They lost my glambag and I’m still waiting for my replacement. Oh well it was good for awhile.😮

I love getting high end mascara. I want the MZ if I get those two ill be happy. Im canceling the first time I dont love at least 2 products Possibly 3. Its too expensive not to now Before it was lit $5 a product. Those eyeliners would usually be in glam bag. I love eyeliners. I dont like ofra tbh due to sub boxes. I have so many face palettes, eyeshadow palettes from them.. dozens and I have never recieved something I would use. I would love to recieve something I would like. I love Icon.

Thank you for this bc I just learned about "pausing" for a month after being a member for numerous years and I've honestly had so many bags with only 1 or 2 products I'd use last year that this is a great way to decide. I keep saying I want to use my points but customer service will not respond if I can use them if I cancel the bag and keep the box- I've been asking abt 1×month since last June! Cheers Everyone!

I usually only watch those that subscribe and pay money like the rest of us like Truewants. They keep going up in price, I may do every other month and cancel the glambag, or just cancel the glambag I'm not sure yet. I know they have been losing paying members so that might be why they are changing their program. At least you'll get the Boxycharm though so that's good, some they cancelled all together.

You know I'm thinking they're probably not doing very well to be stopping a lot of that stuff and then also going up on the price again I'm pretty sure they just went up last year so every year they keep going up and up and their items inside aren't getting any better!!!!

They are out of control. I am not surprised about the PR thing. They were giving it to every person. Those that have 1,000 subs. Like people that have no followers. Like literally 200 followers. Clearly you are going to lose money. I think send it to people who have 3,000 and above.

I think 3k subs is still too low...10k and above is decent.
