Thank you for the video. Delays are more common than not. I’ll have my granddaughter cross her fingers for you. So you have the quickest completion of chemo and the best results possible. My granddaughter has the best crossed fingers results of anyone I’ve ever known.

Dear Lesley, please indulge me in this comment -- I love a cooler than 'normal' house myself in most times, but I just want to encourage you to go ahead and heat the place whist you are recovering ❤ Just a thought to consider- your body is doing loads of work and warm air around it will give it a bit less to be doing so it can use its energy in the other ways rather than also trying to keep warm enough ❤ I know you will make your own decision, but thought I'd just put this out there in case it was food for thought that hadn't occurred to you (whilst being so busy knitting 😂) Said with love and respect that I also don't know your exact situation. Hi Lesley, the intro!! 😂😂 Good to see you looking good and funny. I do love your sense of humour. Loving the rainbow jumper. But how strange there isn't a solid colour between each change. I would have expected it too. But oh wow, gorgeous colours. People can be so generous. The hat and shawl are gorgeous, or lush as my grandchildren would say. The mini yarns are beautiful. I'm thinking of making the Anthrology throw with my Christmas advent, but with a yarn running through it with the minis spread in it. I'm at a not very productive point with my illness atm. But that's ok. I'm doing little bits here and there and I've finished eight Easter egg for the grandchildren, and used a bunch of scraps in to the bargain. Neither use nor ornament. I haven't heard that in a good while! One of my Mum's sayings. Haven't seen Mum since Boxing Day. The car has decided it needed a holiday in the local garage!!! Some part needed has been superseded by another,but that doesn't fit our car!! Typical. Have a great January. xxJane 🐑🌼

I had a little snigger when you put your hood on because i have just made one (different pattern, Luna hood, but still a hood) and my husband said i look like a nun gone wrong 😵‍💫 and the snigger was because i thought you could be another nun 😝😝. Oh I love the mitts you made for your friend. Oh the rainbow yarn I am using does the same kind of color change where you don't get solids except for the start and the end. I like mine too but it was very surprising. .... Your cowl hood may not be elegant but it sure looks warm coming from someone who lives in a cold windy area. Any way, it's always wonderful to see you. Such a productive month but I hope you can finish your treatments and really feel better and do more than crafts.

Hiya, your visit stimulated me to find the yarn and crochet around the base of droopy cowl neck. Half done now. Sad for you to share my fatigue,hard to answer when people ask what I do all day. Thanks for being a distraction from being in US. BTW your hood looks like a wooly wimple. I did bandana cowl in alpaca,of course, and while is reat cowl,algood bandana except in wind when wear as a babushka. Nice thing is when in library can drop it into cowl. Can't tell if too hot or chilly here lately as held a zero F , myasthenia acting up still. Thanks for getting this done.

I must say you are looking good. I agree with you though, one wants to do the whole course of treatments. When at 34 I was given the options I politely said to them, look, if you tell me to eat s### I am willing to do it. Gave the doctors a smile, and in turn they gave me a smile when they said that would not be necessary. Lol. Take care my dear ❤

Oh, I want to make a cowltopus, but I'm a bit intimidated. I've only done 1 colorwork pattern in knitting (I'm more of a crocheter) and my tension was not great, never done a knitted cable, never done brioche at all, never done a ripple pattern in knitting. It might be too much new stuff for me right now. But if I can swap out all the brioche...maybe. Then make another one with brioche later? Hmmm...I'm talking myself into it. Right now, I'm making my first sweater, Flax DK, with all the pretty DK skeins I have lying around, and I think of you a lot while I'm stitching because of the color-blocked vibe. Glad to see you are doing well! ETA: I love the stitched saying. Do you watch Crimson Stitchery? Her "motto" is similar about making "all things beautiful and useful."
