Totally with you on how to approach/view January as more of a slow time and a preparation/regeneration month instead of the action start. For me that just resonates more as well. And that's a fact that I only got aware of now. So am also changing my way of approaching January. Love the addition of how many cards you pulled throughout the year. That might get to an interesting number. As well as being able to see how active you were in each month. Totally be interesting to analyze in terms of the reason behind that. So feeling the overwhelm with the monthly happenings journaling. I feel like they're some weeks where basically everything happens and you have a topic/practice on every single day; and then other weeks where nothing happens. That sometimes can be frustrating in a way..

Yes, totally embracing the slower January/February energy. I’m enjoying it so far! And those busy ritual weeks can really sneak up on you lol. If I know they’re coming in advance I can mentally prepare for them and plan out the days but if I’m not looking ahead and catching those weeks, I’m in trouble lol

@@coyotetarot and that's exactly what happend to me throughout this year so far. Guess I'll have to expanse the time frame in which I look ahead. But I'm glad that I'm not the only one where that happens so thanks for being open about that.

What if you used letter stamps and stamped keywords onto the oracle deck? Dani Mystic did a video of her doing this on a deck. It's been a while but was super inspiring!

I loved your little fox vistors, how special is that! I went back and forth with the Imbolc Deck and decided not to get to get it...for now. I'll have to watch some more reviews but I've got a year for that

I've been using the imbolc deck as a spread deck. True Detective is on my to watch list. Astrology for me is hard, I've been trying to wrap my head around it this past year and I'm still at square 1 but I don't have the time to devote to intense study of it either.

Oh come on. 8 decks doesn’t probably even take up a little over half a foot of shelf space😁. Minimalism is supposed to be simple not something worked for like a chore. If you want the decks just have them and be happy.

The 8 decks would be over 11 inches. I measured lol. To be honest I probably will get them all but I don’t have my own home. I have a 10x10 bedroom to store basically everything I own. So I do have to be a bit mindful of everything I bring into my space (which sadly also includes books which is part of the reason I switched to Audible). But yeah I will probably end up getting them because the books are so great.

Another astrology deck that you might want to try that looks promising to me (which I just bought from Amazon) is the Astrology Learning Cards by Living Magick Publishing. It looks the most detailed, but without the fancy artwork just the signs & symbols.
