I've only just found this, thank you for putting this video up. Me and a friend were there that day too, in the middle of the le ponte market area just facing McDonalds. That was pretty damned scary stuff.

Meant to stay away from buildings and Electric cables best thing you can do so you don’t feel it is sit down in a safe place and hope and pray it ends without damage and taking lives when it ends stay out of the building stay in a safe place because the after-shock still is dangerous 👍🏻

They were in Tokyo in this video...it's really hard to imagine what people in Sendai actually faced after seeing videos from what happened in Tokyo .
