The video conveys Ryan’s passion as a journalist. Maybe Tokyo election Posters are ridiculous and self- indulgent by flippant persons. I think they are also out of the question from the point of view of cost. Various politicians should consider it and solve the problem seriously.

Interesting, I didn't know about the limitations in Japan for political posters to be put on specific boards. It does feel like the "joke" posters are taking advantage of this, either for comedic purposes or to gain attention for non-political objectives. In my country there are always "joke" candidates who get attention on social media, but since we don't have specific boards on the street for political posters, I think regular people here don't notice these types of candidates as much.
