Japan's Green Ramen | The Matcha Wonder

Red, yellow, blue, now it's the Green colored Ramen we have found right here in Tokyo. The strange thing is, this green Ramen was never born in Japan in the first place! We have visited Mensho San Francisco (which is in Tokyo) to find out what the deal is with this strange colored Ramen. Will it taste like its color? Or will it be something totally different? Is it sweet? Spicy? or not even something you can imagine? We were able to get official access to the ramen store and was able to hear what their story was

I don't know is it a thing, but ramen based on gyokuro would be super tasty - everytime i have good quality gyokuro i eat it with rice, lime and good soy sauce and with noodles and soup it should be as much tasty.

Interesting she referenced Mensho in San Francisco. It's one of the poorer rated ramen places in the Bay Area. People that have opportunity to travel to Japan would always complained about over-hyped below-average ramen at Mensho. It's kind of surprising how it became an inspiration to open a shop in Tokyo.

Good presenter, not the best choices in content and storytelling again. It is somewhat the opposite of what the channel was in the past. Can you bring that Indian guy to choose the content and write the scripts, but have the new people present it and bring in their own twist. The company's management is seriously failing to comprehend what their job is and wastes their employees and our time with stubborn and senseless choices.
