"I don't think about how people might react to my ramen. That doesn't really matter to me. I just create what i find beautiful." As an artist, what he said really touched me. What a seemingly obvious but inspiring way to think. Much harder to act on and stay true to that it would seem i think.

Ehh... I think the way to really find artistic enlightenment, is to find a balance between accessibility and personal expression. You can still make it by picking only one or the other, but I think the true mark of a master artist is to accomplish both at once. If you are only creating for your own enjoyment, then you are the only audience to please. If you create strictly for others to enjoy, then you will likely not be pleased, at least eventually. If you create something that both you and your audience can enjoy equally, then you make everyone happy.

Once it has boiled for 5 minutes strain your miku broth. By now the miku meat should have melted off the miku bones. 4. Add noodles to the miku broth, top with ingredients of your choice. Spirulina is a form of cyanobacterium, some of which are known to produce toxins such as microcystins, BMAA, and others. Some spirulina supplements have been found to be contaminated with microcystins, albeit at levels below the limit set by the Oregon Health Department.[3] Microcystins can cause gastrointestinal disturbances, and in the long term, liver damage.[1] The effects of chronic exposure to even very low levels of microcystins are of concern, because of the potential risk of toxicity to several organ systems[1] and possibly cancer.[3 Yummy!!! John, I have to be honest, you're one of the few KZbinrs I've still stuck with since the beginning and it's because of episodes like this. Not because it's about food, but because you show such unique stuff. I used to watch other channels that showed Japan or travel, but I got bored after a while. They all showed the same things, the robot cafe, maid cafes, shopping hauls at popular anime/ game places, Shibuya crossing, adult themed stores, the toilets, etc. And while this isn't bad and can be interesting for newcomers, it becomes repetitive after a while. You take the time to find these unique places and people and share them with the rest of us. There's a lot more to Japan than what people think it is and I thank you for that. It forces us to be more vigilant about cultural differences and other countries in general. While some paint the same image of Japan, you show us all of the little details in between. I know it's a lot of work, but it keeps us all staying and supportive of you. Keep up the great work!

If you want to make this colour at home, use red cabbage, boil it and add a bit of base (like baking soda), it'll turn blue-ish (or you could add some acidity to it and it'll turn pink) :)

Be honest; there couldn't be a much more unappetizing color for a chicken noodle soup. Like blue tomato sauce. Your brain is basically telling you constantly there is something wrong

I appreciate how he eats it correctly. My parents used a fork and a spoon because they saw other people do it in the restaurant and told me I was the one eating the ramen in the wrong way .... 😑😤
