This is my 2nd visit to your site. Love the fact that you eat and drink regularly - definitely visually pleasing. I have been to over 100 countries in my life, mostly for work Japan was not one. Guernsey milk is called "gold top" in England. Apparently it has the best ratio of fat and protein. It's almost 5% fat which makes it super rich and creamy. Try that one next time you have a chance. My daughter was a milk conisseour as a toddler 😂 Guernsey was her favourite.
