@@omcritzy It's war crime within the last 100 years. Nothing against Japanese people, but Japan as a country coulda easily apologize and we all happy to move on. I'm rooting for this team Japan because they play with more heart than any other Asian teams, but Japan as a nation won't be forgiven for what they've done as they are having trouble admitting past crimes, that's the least they could have done. We are not trying to remember or promote hatred, but imagine Germany never recognize or apologize for what they've done in WWII, well, Japan had done the same if not worse yet they never apologize:)

Japan erased a 15 point 4th quarter deficit to beat the Venezuelans 86-77. Hiejima just could not miss from downtown. 23 points, 6-7 from downtown. Watanabe had 21 points and 8 boards, and Kawamura continuing to thrive using that Heart Over Height mentality with 19 points and 11 dimes. If Japan wins against Cape Verde, they'll qualify for next year's Olympics in Paris representing FIBA Asia.

FIBA is so much better to watch than NBA. The PURE basketball. Congrats!!!!

I think Yuki can still contribute in the NBA if given a chance. If he can get stronger he can be like an Earl Boykins type of player. He's only 22 years old age as well
@qingbu Жыл бұрын
@@OhYessseongHe was the rookie king of the Japanese league and mvp. Japanese fans want him to take the next step. And this tournament was considered to be his chance to challenge for the Australian League, the g-League, or the Euroleague. And if he is good enough, he will make it to the NBA, but for Japanese, the NBA is a nearly impossible path. But he's also the player we want to see break through that crazy difficulty.
