Your recipes and videos always beautiful❤️❤️❤️ I wonder if I can use melted butter instead of oil and how different of the texture I’ll get. I’d to make it on next weekend. I’ve made chiffon cake used oil and don’t like the texture of it’s elastic .

I have tried many of your recipes which is eggless and one of them is chocolate mousse which turned out to be super delicious. I really want to bake cakes but many of them has eggs. Can you please advise the substitute for an egg for this cheesecake or can I omit egg?

The truth is there are tons of videos teaching bakery and I failed millions of times until I found your channel. This is the third cake that I made successfully from your video. the banana cake, chocolate cake and this one. All good. Your channel is the only baking channel that I subscribed. You make the recipe and procedure simple and easy to follow. And no talking. quite and soothing. I hate those videos with a lot of talking. But I just tasted it. I felt it's too eggy, the cream flavor is not strong. Is there a way to modify it? like add more cream and add one less egg? will that work? Thanks.

I don’t know why mine didn’t brown at the top. I’ve kept it in the oven 140 for more than 70mins. Tried increasing the temperature but still didn’t brown huhuuu
