Apologies! There is a mistake in my subtitles at around the 9:13 mark. It should be 緊急事態宣言 [きんきゅうじたいせんげん (kinkyuujitaisengen)] . Thanks, Raul, for pointing it out!

I remember that lesson when you learn about 年度末の試験 too! At that time I did think about why did sensei teach you about such a difficult topic about education system, but I guess those topics can come out at times you dont expect. I think sensei would be proud of you!

At the minute 13:00 (more or less) you girls, are talking about the difficulty to say "no", proper of Japanese people. I stayed in Tokyo some weeks for job, and I remember one time when I asked an information to a Japanese colleague, about a site I wanted to go to visit during my day off. That man was talking a good English, but he got no any idea about the site I asked about. He absolutely didn't wanted to say: "I'm sorry but I don't know." so he suggested me "a somwhere way" of pure invention, just to gave me an info and avoiding to say "no". As bad result, I never reached the site I desired to visit and more, I seryously lost myself!!! 🤣

I’ve even heard about situations where you go and buy a train ticket, and they feel bad telling you it’s sold out, they just say “chotto…” and expect you to understand hahah

Thanks Germaine. That waa a great one. Also, what software do you use to add those subtitles at the top?
@GermaineJapanese3 жыл бұрын
I use a paid editing software called Filmora. I think it cost around $80 and it's a one-time fee.
