I saw a video about him a few months ago!!! I think it was his grandmother that wasn't getting as much fluids as she needed and he came up with a "drop" that was sweet and gave them a certain amount of hydration and because it was sweet and tasty, encourages elderly people (and maybe other disabled people as well) to eat them. I remember him saying that he hoped soon this would be found in nursing homes and hospitals all over the world. Amazing idea and invention!!

Me mum makes it without the spiral thing. White fish. Pound to a paste. Add salt+MSG to taste. Roll up in plastic wrap and steam. The pink part is just dyed but it's all the same lol.
