When you come to Japan, eating fresh tuna is a MUST! Japan is sometimes known for TUNA CUTTING or TUNA “DEMOLITION” shows where chefs showcase their amazing knife skills. At Maguro Shouten, a giant Bluefin TUNA is cut into all of the best pieces every night! Feasting on tuna in Japan=heaven on Earth! I'd go into bankruptcy with one of those iPad ordering systems. My favorite thing would be the mountain if sashimi..but it looked like it was an illusion, because you could see there was a mound of shredded cabbage or daikon or something, right under the top layer of tuna. Still, you had a wide variety of cuts and styles to sample, so it's a big WIN!

First time I saw your eyes roll on that first bite of tuna. It must be heavenly good. In the Philippines we grill the tuna collar/cheek and the meat is so tender it's like eating filet mignon. We also deep fry the tuna tail. It comes out so crispy, it's just like eating pork cracklings ( chicharrones ). It's 6:00 a.m. here in LA and I'm craving for sashimi tuna.

Beautiful meat inside the Tuna, cool, smooth scrape.. skin got to be fried deep and long to be nice and crisp. Luke don’t play with your food. Luke my best wishes and prayers for your dear father as he fights to overcome this illness. My husband had earlier symptoms of this illness but God was with us and he showed no symptoms or signs on further testing. Men should have this test done as much as women.

Oh my goodness what an interesting experience, I have never ever seen a tuna that big before 🤭😳 it’s massive. I don’t like raw fish, I’ll eat raw salmon or tuna on sushi with the rice i is very thin, but I can’t eat sashimi, just never been able to.
