Ok, hold on... they use a coin machine to pay for their food and they get a stub. For a half-second, I couldn't figure out why that would be a thing and then it hit me--the cooking staff can spend most of their time worrying about the food and serving it up can, at the best of times, only take seconds. This eliminates the need for the cashier or food-workers to potentially handle money (which can get gross.) I'd like to see this innovation in America. I have nothing against cashiers, but food + money handling is gross. For these small-time restaurants, it helps.
