Hello, how did this book work for you? I was thinking of finally getting serious with Japanese so I also want to get a textbook for it.
@Sello_Hunter4 жыл бұрын
@@geostigma3120 it actually helped me quite a lot to get started. The book does a great job in keeping things relatively simple in a good pace. It gives you a good idea about the basics of japanese grammar. You will learn things like talking about yourself and referring to objects etc first. What i basically did was learning every new word in each chapter and repeating the lessons from time to time. While doing that i always copied the questions and words from the book on a sheet of paper. That way you can repeat each lesson multiple times. After doing that a couple times it is very hard to forget what you've learned. I would strongly recommend you to learn Hiragana first though, since you will be able to read most things in the book, which will improve your speed and Hiragana quite a bit as well. So my conclusion is: this book is a great way to get started. I hope this helps, good luck learning!

Voir tous ces romaji ça me bloque presque. Ce serait bien s'il y avait une édition non progressive. Si j'étais 100% débutante, ça me gênerait moins, peut-être. J'aimerais bien trouver un workbook pour faire des exos supplémentaires mais c'est dur à trouver (je suis difficile lol).
@KevinAbroad5 жыл бұрын
@@dayday7844 bah j'avoue que ça me dérangeait un peu mais le fait qu'il y ait bcp de writing practice est pas mal. Et franchement au bout de 6-7 leçons, c'est presque tout en hiragana. Sinon tu peux tenter le livre 2 un peu plus tard :D

I’m happy it doesn’t come with a CD because how and where can i even use a CD. CD’s are not a thing anymore, the younger generation doesn’t even know what a CD is. Like literally there are no laptops that can use CD’s and most TV sets dont have a CD thing anymore. I’m personally happy about content being available on KZbin, much better because its versatile
@KevinAbroad2 жыл бұрын
Haha. Well, when we say CD, it doesn't have to be a literal CD. It can be a virtual CD with online tracks or something.
