I dont think bret is introvert.because before pandemic when he was stil new in vlogging with the fighter boyz .he was makulit , funny,friendly .i think .naapektuhan ang knyang mental health during the pandemic .nasusubaybayan k nung blogging nya mula manila.hanggang lumipat xa ng cdo to cateel.
@imnobodywhoareyou Жыл бұрын
Introverts can be makulit, funny, and friendly din naman. Ang pinagkaiba lang ng introvert at extrovert ay mas madali madrain ang social battery ng introvert. So yes, Bret is introvert noon pa. Pero tama ka din, nadepressed din kase sya nung pandemic kaya din siguro hindi na sya ganon kasayahin like before.

Daisuke said is true... My father in law, harvest matured fruit malunggay and removed seeds for drying, and after it is dried remove the seed casing and it is ready to eat. It said that the malunggay seed is good for the health. I tried eating some seeds, it taste bitter at first but while chewing it taste sweet and drank a glass of water... It is really sweeter and refreshing.

I think you must try mamutong with barkada bro. It is called mag "lamaw ug butong" it is just a simplier version of buko salad that typical mag barkada bonding to do in province and I'm pretty sure lots of bisaya can relate to it. And I think, that is perfect to eat and drink while watching the beach in your area because that is so refreshing to eat and to drink.

They extract oil from malunggay seeds, you can air dry malunggay leaves to use some other time in the future, you can do green tea with it or roast it a little to make dark tea. From the dried malunggay leaves you can everything you do with it fresh, from dried leaves you can make smoothies or sprinkle it on scrambled eggs to make omelet one way of hiding the veggie from picky children
