Japanese Milk Bread is Better Than Brioche (And Easier to Make!)

Japanese Milk Bread is my new favourite way to make bread. It’s sweet, springy, and really easy to make. With a few simple ingredients and a ninja technique, milk bread comes together in no time. Believe it or not, but this was my first time making Japanese Milk Bread, and I’m pretty sure I’ll never go back.

I have tried making milk bread before! It's amazing stuff, though I didn't have to clean any toys off the counter while doing it 😜 Mostly just my own chaos. Love the video! The bread turns out so perfectly!

It's the Ankarsrum Assistent. It's a European brand (sort of). There's a video on my channel where I talk a little more about it, but I do like the fact that there's easy access to the top for adding ingredients
