The really thin sauces are awful on the second go, but the thicker ones like the last dab or the garlic reaper sauce don't seem to kill me too bad... then again with those sauces a little goes a long way, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I still have the cake, as far as I know, for the most evil prank. Back in 2004, my buddies and I were 20 and stupid. I offered my friends $10 each if they would eat a Habanero. "Oh, hell No! Give me a $20 instead, many I will think about it...", said my friend, Matt. I replied, "Dude, that would be $40 dollars just to see you eat a pepper, and what if it isn't even that hot to you? That would be just money wasted!" To cut it short, we agreed on $20 each. They couldn't drink or eat anything for 10 minutes. But when the 10 minutes were up, they would be able or drink chocolate milk, which I also had to pay for. We agreed on this. So the night before, I go to the store, buy a handful of Habaneros (I cook with them), $40, Chocolate Milk...and a box of chocolate ex-Lax. Yes, I did. I took out some milk, put in the ex-Lax, heated it up just to where it melted through, then recombined it with the chocolate milk. They ate the peppers, Matt was Hiccuping, Shawn tried playinf it off like it was nothing, but you could tell he was dying. When my timer went off they both grabbed a 7-12 double gulp cup and filled them up, downing the stuff. Gone. They cursed me out a bit, demanded the money, grabbed it out of my hand and went to the store. 30 minutes later, their car speeds through the driveway and parks. Matt got hit at the store, but Shawn got hit on the way home. Now, mind you, Shawn was 300+ lbs, a big boy. I have never seen that dude move so fast, except when he was 15 and chased a porn magazine down the street, as he did bursting through that door, through the kitchen, hopped over the sofa and ran into the bathroom in by bedroom. I have never laughed so hard, hearing his voice swing back and forth between a guttural growl and a high pitched whine, "Ooooooh, I'm gonna kill him! I am going it kill me an Asian, ooooh. You hear me, Parry!? Aahhhhh-haaaa eeeee! Ooh, gonna kill you!", While he pounds on the door. It sounded like someone had taken a water hose and was just spraying it into the toilet bowl between bouts of fart sounds. "Oh God, it's like my ass has become some demonic portal and Satan is trying to tear his way out!! I'll keeeeell you. Ungh- ah ha ah ah ah eeee Eeeeee! I'll kill you, damnit, you hear me?! I'll kill you!!", as he slapped the door. He made sure not to flush and left the door open, to stink up my bedroom, but I have never laughed so hard in my life. My cheeks and sides still hurt thinking about how hard the rest of us laughed. May Shawn RIP, he passed away on his birthday in 2013, sad to say. I have seen others attempt something similar, but no one has truly surpassed it yet. Too bad KZbin didn't exist back in 2004.

It gets used really often the way we'd use 'ouch'. throwing 'yo' on end adds emphasis. if itai is 'ouch' then itaiyo is 'ouch!!' the other ending you hear all the time is 'ne' which means something like 'Doesn't it?' or 'right?' (basically your asking for confirmation) so itaine would be like "That hurts right?" you see yo and ne thrown on a lot of things i.e Samui means cold, Samuiyo something like "Its cold!" and Samuine something like "Its cold right?"

I've had both. I don't know much about scoville units but The Bomb sauce is soooooo much worse. I think it's cause it tastes like straight up chemicals but the Last Dab sauce actually has some nice flavor to it.
