Canada doesn't have Sakura cherry bloosom? of cause we can't get it now, need to wait spring Sakura cherry bloosom season. Tried to find good answer for you and found. 500 Sakura trees crossed to Canada from Japan in 1930', and also 300 trees in 1958. vcbf.ca/history-of-our-cherry-trees/. if you use somethig else, watch this video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ooHLfmR8oa90jcl9 haven't tried yet but you could use cranberry I think, contains Anthocyanins.
