Looks so good, maybe dust a little powdered sugar :)

@@MariaBenjamin-um3zk the icing sugar might not stay on top as the dessert is a bit damp. 🙂

Beautiful and delicious-looking dessert! I would like to see it made without all the waste though. It hurt to watch the excess sweet potato being removed - first before chilling and again after. It'd also be cool if KZbinrs would please stop with the cling wrap. That stuff is an eco-disaster and every KZbinr seems to want to use as much of it as humanely possible.

@@loriki8766 hi thank you for your concern. Nothing is wasted. The excess before and after chilling went to our tummies eventually. These are behind the scenes. The audience shall go away taking the key infos and tips, while enjoying the video, so these were not included. 😊 I use cling wrap that is 50% made from sugarcane. Also, it can be reused to cover something else. If using a round dish, certainly can use a round plate that can fit on top to cover. Thank you for watching. 😘

The "waste" is what the chefs get to snack on.

So basically it's sweet potato jelly.

@@ayeshajacobs4374 It has a bit of jelly texture to hold the sweet potatoes. I won’t say it is jelly.🙂
