Thank you very much! This size is medium size in Japan. I think there are bigger size bell peppers overseas.

Ohayo gozaimasu Ryusei! :) I showed your recipe for stuffed green bell peppers to my girlfriend and she wants to try making them. We will also try stuffing a few red bell peppers in addition to green bell peppers. Domo arigato for teaching us this recipe, it looks very beautiful and delicious! I hope you have a wonderful day! John

That filling could just as well have become Swedish meatballs 😅 Exactly the same ingredients

Thank you for teaching me! This filling recipe is popular in Japan, probably it was brought from western countries. I’ve never made Swedish meatballs. Just now I searched Swedish meatballs and I’m sure it’s definitely my favorite food. Because I love cream sauce. In the future,I’ll try to make it. Thank you so much 😊!

No, it’s piman in Japanese. Although they are similar, it’s a bit bigger than shishito🫑!

Does this mean 300 g of beef plus 300 g of pork? Or a total of 300 grams of meat?
