0:00 - Dondonyakiどんどん焼き (imagine a savory crêpe/pancake rolled on a stick with various toppings such as sesame, dry seaweed, pickled ginger, etc., dipped in a sauce somewhat similar to bbq sauce) 3:37 - Yakimochi 焼きもち(grilled glutinous rice cakes) 5:22 - Regular Japanese crêpes 9:57 - Hamaguri no yaki はまぐりの焼き (grilled clams/oysters) ...yes, copied and pasted as a courtesy. (someone without a life had a cow because I didn't state that obvious fact in a previous post...) God bless you!! ((hugs)) :-)

@@VirginiaMicaelaPrado Let me add some commemts and corrections. First food, Dondonyaki is not common street vendor food in Japan, the area you can find this is limited mainly to North East region (Tohoku). Actually I have never seen this in my life, living mainly in central region (Chubu). The second food seems to me rather Dango than Mochi as Mochi is very firm and cannot be edible in such short cooking time. The forth shellfish is Hotate. We eat also Hamaguri almost in the same manner, but it is different.
