I'm impressed that he uses REAL bowls and cups and not plastic ones... that adds a ton of weight to everything and clean up is gonna take a long time too.

I'm always quite Amazed at how these guys get their Yatai/Food Stalls setup so Perrrrfect🔮!! They definitely got in down to a Art 🎨 and the food they cook looks absolutely delicious 😋!! I can see 👀 why a lot of people drop in for a quick bite the owner seems extremely nice and very friendly with his customers he knows how to provide excellent customer service!! Es que si vienes a Japón en las grandes ciudades se llena los días de semana cerca de las principales estaciones de trenes , los YATAI, o carros ambulantes que se arman tipo 17.30 horas y se desarman a la madrugada. Según la zona , pero en su mayoría están de los días laborales. Se necesita un permiso emitido por el municipio. No se cuánto es el canon. Sin embargo hay que ser organizado y saber cocinar de todo. Veloz, eficacia, precios y buen sabor en las comidas . Hay gente que va todos los días ya que se convierte en rutina ir a comer algo , beber unas copas , hablar con los asiduos.
