@@japanesestreetfood I've noticed most of these yatai stalls use string lights. Have you ever seen any that use weatherproof LED strip or rope lighting? Just wondering, they can be permanently installed and if there are enough of them they can provide a lot of light, or mood lighting.

I love his setup. The light colored wood really makes it stand out in a concrete cityscape. Very pleasant and cozy feel.
I'm hooked on watching these street cooks do amazing work to put together before they start cooking for customers 😊

Wow. The dedication of these Yatai owners for setting up the stalls and dismantling it everyday after business is amazing. Not to mention their cooking skills in such a confined area.

I am so amazed, how it is you are able to work the hours you do, where do you find the time for rest / sleep. blows me away knowing how much time and effort you put in to accomplish what you do. I'm an old man, Sorry to say, I wont ever get around to coming to Japan. I looked at a lot of Video's of Japan, the country side is my favorite of all. The ways of the seniors, and being I am one as well. I love these street stalls, and the people who come to them. way awesome. The Lord God bless you and yours.

Perfect harmony. So many stalls that I've seen here on this platform that I am anxious to come to dine in. Everything is made fresh on the spot and served with a smile. I can't really say anything else. This is my kind of atmosphere; the vibe is there

It's a series of really inefficient, hard and painful tasks. Don't overwork the old man, retire him and rest
@kiki0girlify Жыл бұрын
Actually a lot of the older workers love this job and don’t want to retire. That’s why they either have their sons/ son-in-laws take over with them assisting or they help newer chefs and teach them old recipes and tricks.
