Looks really delicious Chef!! Do you wash your gloves before using it? Because some gloves have powder or they smell like latex. Will it affect the taste of the food? Thanks again Chef for sharing this!

I always buy powder-free gloves because I hate the powder 😅 I am not sure what's in the powder ones, but I guess it won't make your foods better!! but usually the powder is inside of the gloves, and not on the outside. So if you cannot see the powder on the outside, you probably don't have wash it🧐 But please just check your product👀 Maybe what I get and what you get can be quite different. So have a look on the packet before you use those😌

Hi MeeKetoMee!! Unfortunately it's hard to keep it crispy for longer than 20 mins after cooking because this spring roll is so juicy..😭 But it will be still tasty though. So I highly recommend to eat it straight away, but you can bring it to your party too😁

Gathered my ingredients to make this recipe again after a long break and forgot prawn. I think I'll just add more cabbage and bamboo since its for my son's lunch tomorrow, but in future how would you do this without prawn? Keep everything else the same?

That's a good question because the wrapper could get soggy when you thaw them after freezing. I'd try par baking them, enough to slightly crisp up the wrapper, then freeze. When I'm ready to use them, just go straight to frying them. Probably would get crisper to that way. Just my thoughts

So I froze the raw egg rolls. How should I cook these raw frozen ones in the oven or air fryer? I dont want to use too much oil fry but want to use oven. Do you have any advise? Thanks in advance.

Hi! Just splash some neutral oil, and bake at 175-185℃ until crispy and golden. (Cooking time is vary by the oven or air fryer) It won't be as crispy as deep frying, but much healthier for sure!!
