1. 다진 닭가슴살 370g, 다진 돼지고기 230g,(고기는 지방이 많지 않은것으로 선택) 대파 1대, 물 900ml, 소금 1.8g, 다시마 6g 소주 15ml, 미림 15ml, 간장 80ml, 다진생강/다진마늘 각 4g 넣고 중불로 끓이기(2분마다 섞어주기) 2. 맑은 노란 국물색으로 잘 우러난 뒤에 약불로 5분간 더 끓이기(이후 면과 섞이기 때문에 간이 조금은 짜야함) 3. 라면 삶아(중면쓰면될듯) 국물과 고명(고기/대파/김) 올리고 흡입 내일 만들어봐야겠다

Made a modified version of this recipe, using chicken breast and cooked ham. Your video really helped with the different steps involved, helped me a lot! Recipe turned out delicious, haven’t had such a good fried rice in any restaurant!

I must have done something wrong. Mine tastes like rice with chicken and scrambled eggs, a dish I can make in much less time. I don't have shrimp or oyster sauce and it may be the key to taste better. I'll try with shrimp once I have it. ありがとうございます!
