the Chex cereal comes in Corn, wheat, and Rice. At Christmas we make our own chex mix with the 3 flavors of Chex, pretzels, peanuts and a few other things. mix with melted butter, and seasonings then bake it. I make it by the pan full

On Chex website they have recipes for Chex mixes including "muddy buddies" (sweet chocolate version) and you can use the peanut butter or chocolate flavors to make that more intense. Rice, Corn, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chex cereals are gluten free. The wheat flavor is not.

We make a savory version soaking some of the things briefly in Worcestershire sauce and mixing it with the normal Chex and pretzels etc. It’s been years since I’ve made it with my family.

@@forteandblues add butter, bake and you pretty much have the classic recipe!:) I add smoked paprika to make it taste "bacony" without actual bacon:)

First off, loved the video guys, and second, to answer that question about the flavor of one of the Cheez-its snacks, Cheddar Jack is a blend of Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. which is just a different take on another blend known as Colby Jack, which has an entirely different flavor profile. Oh, and Pepper Jack, a cheese I really, really like, is Monterey Jack with Jalapeno peppers blended into it, there are versions that have much spicier peppers in it as well, I think.

I like plain or original snacks. Love Lays and Ruffles. Ruffles are good for dips, like sour cream and dill. Lays I like with a bit of plain yellow mustard, like French's. If you like sour flavor on your chips, try it! Mustard is good on Ruffles too.

Grew up eating Cheez-its. Still like it. Chex mix was a homemade thing. 1960-1970. The corn, wheat and rice Chex cereals with some mixed nuts. Melt butter and add Worcestershire sauce. Mix and bake till toasty. Now there are so many recipes, even sweet versions. I did Reindeer mix last year for Christmas gifts. Corn Chex, Cheez-its, pecan, butter, W sauce and maple syrup. Dill pickle Lays chips are a Canadian flavour by Lays Canada. You used to not be able to get them in the USA unless you ordered them from Amazon. The same with ketchup chips. They have been my favourites since I was a kid/young. Try putting the dill pickle chips (or ketchup or both) on a sandwich. 🥪🍔

@@LatinaChef1986 If you can get your hands on Ruffles all dressed and Hickory Sticks, that rounds out my top four. Strangely enough, I don’t really like ketchup on things. I eat it with exactly two things, breakfast sausage and fries when I’m bored (we eat vinegar with fries as well). I will cook with it or make sauces, but my brother put it on everything and I even hated the smell of it, but I can scarf down a whole bag of ketchup chips easily and they smell exactly like ketchup. Weird. Lol

“Jack” = Monterey Jack. You often see Colby Jack and Pepper Jack combination cheeses in the US. It’s often included in Mexican cheese mixes.

I work at a deli so cheese is my thing, original cheeze its are mild cheddar, cheddar jack is a mix of Monterey jack and cheddar cheese to give it more mild a creamy taste. The extra cheesy are sharp cheddar, extra toasty are just twice baked, puffed are fried, baby swiss is unaged swiss cheese, pepper jack is Monterey jack cheese but with jalapenos ground into it

I love Sour Cream and Onion potato chips. The Sweet Southern Heat BBQ chips taste amazing but are a bit hot for me. If you get a chance, try out the bold flavor of Chex Mix. It is pretty good.

There are several kinds of Jack Cheese (Cheddar Jack, Colby Jack and Pepper Jack). The Pepper Jack is a mild cheese but has spicy peppers in it.

cheddar jack is cheddar and monterrey jack together. it's more common to see colby jack. they basically put cheddar curds and monterrey jack curds together into the brick or wheel shape

For me, the Flaming Hot ranking goes 1. Puffs- they are superior due to texture, 2. Fries- again, texture, 3. Funyuns- an all time favorite with a spicy kick, 4. Crunchy-its the OG, 5. Doritos-they were a little disappointing but scratch an itch when needed

That Lay's Sweet Southern Heat Barbecue is their version (and not a bad one) of a local Alabama favorite, Golden Flake Sweet Heat Barbecue. Sour cream & onion is totally a vibe for me. I've had -- and liked -- most of these snacks you tried!

Sour cream and onion is great but my all time favorite is actually just Lays Spring Onion! Also I hope somebody sends you Chinese Lays sometime, they have some interesting flavors like stinky tofu, wasabi octopus and etc. We don’t have those here but gosh Ruffles Jalapeno Ranch are SO GOOD.

@TabiEats Hi guys. If you haven't already eaten the entire bag of flaming hot Cheetos and want an interesting experience. Try cooking two ears of Corn on the Cob (if can get in Japan) and then rolling the ears after cooking them in butter and covering with the Cheeto's. To cover the corn please crush to a powder the chips and then roll like you would for breading Katsu. A neat treat from Dodgers stadium in California. Also, Satoshi. Those Cheez it Puffs are like crack. lol They now have 4 flavors. One new one is a Pizza cheese flavor that is reminiscent of their older pizza sandwich cracker from the early 2000's here in the USA.

Are you referring to elotes? I would advise them to add cotija cheese or Parmesan if they can’t find cotija. Get mayo, unsalted butter, limes, Tajin (if they can find it), and maybe crush the Flammin Hot Cheetos up to top the corn.

Cool! Based on your reactions, recommend Utz Fried Dill Pickle ridged chips. Has intense dill flavor and the structured texture. All Utz chips and puffed cheese curls are gluten free:)

I dont know if I've ever had SCAO before so i can say i dono if i like it or not.....Actually the Dill Pickle chip is my favorite. the pepper jack cheese is like a spicier cheese. I used to be addicted to Pepper jack when i would get stuff from the deli i think peper jack and chedder jack are different, i learned that the hard way once and i stopped getting it cause of the mix up.
