THIS is why l watch your channel. Yes, l also enjoy the variety, the travels, the guests, the collaborations, the fishing trips, the visits to food production sites, and all of that. But at the end of the day, what keeps me around is getting to watch Hiro-san make amazing dishes. And l would also add that "Charles'" boat dock is a great place for you guys to shoot videos on occasion. Also, his daughter did a great job here as a taster and l wish her the best success in her ballet and all future endeavors.

I lost appeal to this channel because of the camera guy. I think they use Hiro's likeability and advertise it like this is the chef's personal channel.

I'm not a huge filet fan...but mayyyyne that lookie mighty scrumptious my friends. I'd smash that roll but add some thin fried garlic chips...Some fried asparagus and a side of garlic mash... Food is everything & for everyone. A universal language, new experiences, breaking cultural barriers and much more. I've seen you guys in it and do many many of times. I think next episode. Hiro should just forget cooking. Finish charring his cutting board(we'll just say it's made from Oak), build a small cask, distill a grain and make his own bourbon. I mean he's like a 1/4 way there 😀🙃😀🙃 I know long comment. Sry dudes. But if you read, I hope maybe at the very least it brings a smile or maybe even a little quirk. By the way Sir Charles, I hadn't previously seen any videos featuring your daughter, but by the physique I thought she was actually a gymnast till I heard the mention of ballet. I have four cousins and they all were in artistic gymnastics, some elite and some competing in NCAA. Kudos man! Alot of endless sacrifice & hardwork. Concluding my novel; I would like to wish you guys Happy Holidays and the ever inching in closer & closer.... ★★TWO MILLION SUBSCRIBERS★★ Godbless. Be Safe. 🙏

so what's the proper way of grilling korean short ribs? are you supposed to grill them over low heat till the tendons around the bone softens, or are you supposed to grill them over high heat till your preferred doneness?

su-v gun? Like sous vide gun? It doesn't do anything like a sous vide.... That kind of shit naming just pisses me off. It's a crap name by itself, and the only reason it could be called that is to conjure up a connection to a completely unrelated cooking technique. I get money is cool, but maybe decide your sponsors a little better. I'm getting large 'will shill for anybody' vibes.
@LettuceLand2 жыл бұрын
It’s cause you typically use it after sous vide, to give the meat a sear
