The chicken and gobo recipe was perfect! My husband had surgery and couldn’t have any onions so this worked out very well for him. I added a little bit of green peas too.

Great recipes and the crispy rice on the bottom seems to be the best part because of the amount of flavor (almost every culture around the world has its crispy rice worshipers 😆).

Thank you so much for these healthy, easy and delicious recipes!!!🙏🏻😊❤️🥰
Very nice, Sayaka, as always. Well explained and with alternatives. S&B is king in my kitchen, but for Indian curries I use Indian curry, Kashmiri chili powder and whole spices. A little bit worried about the cooking time for the shrimps and seafood, too long they can get chewy. It is often what happens in Spain at restaurants with paella. I let the shrimps go in the last 5 minutes. Gobo was a favorite in Japan, we have it in Europe too, but it is a bit a out of fashion today. Broccoli is great, but not all people like it. I remember when Gorge W Bush was elected president, he said now I am the president of USA and no one will tell me to eat broccoli again :-)) Kewpie mayo is superior, I can buy it here in Romania. Arigato and have a good 2025!

Thanks for watching my new video! Yea... you are right. I should've added shrimp later. And I'm interested in Kashmiri chili powder. Sounds like you can enjoy a real Indian dish with it. Haha I know some people hate broccoli. My husband is not big fan of broccoli but sometime he can eat it depending on how to cook. Anyway thanks for your comment as always and have a good 2025!
