I’m so glad that I’ve been seeing him everywhere on my feed recently. He deserves all the love and attention from people to really show the hardships and determination that this one man has. It’s really inspiring for anyone to see.

Seeing this master doing his life's work brought me in tears. My family started a restaurant 20 years ago, we struggled and struggled for years before it'd became well known in the community. Mr. Hikaru, I wish you the best in everything. I will save every penny that I have to come and enjoy a bowl of Ramen that you make. God bless from the USA.

A true dedication & respect. This is not about Ramen anymore. It’s more than that. Greetings from Indonesia
Such a touching story! I intended to play this video in the background while I work but I found myself mesmerized by Hikaru-san's dedication to his craft. I also love how his customers appreciate and reciprocate his love for making ramen. What a beautiful relationship he has with them. His life seems hard but I can easily see how he wouldn't want anything else. Truly a blessed man.

I'm honored to visit this Masters shop a second time, another youtuber documented him awhile ago. I was so humbled to see him again I cried.
his life stories can be a good movie. his dedication, his struggleness with the ailments that he had been through, and..gosh..that smile. one of the most sincere smiles that i ever see. he' s so soft spoken but has the eagerness with everything on what he's doing. stay healthy and happy old timer. thanks for your lesson in life.
A man who dedicates his life to his craft with the desire to bring light to his patrons is nothing short of extraordinary.

I get so much joy seeing this wonderful gentleman. He feels like a member of our family, watching him make the best ramen to please and take care of his customers. He seems to prefer working alone, but I wish he had an assistant to set up and help clean up and shop for the ingredients while he remains the only chef. I hope he has a loving family and true friends when it's his turn to be taken care of.

Refusing to increase the price of his ramen when cost of ingredients has already gone up. His reward is to see regulars coming by again and again savouring his nostalgic noodles created with love. What a beautiful human being.

like his name, he's really like a beam of light, serving ramen at 4am for those returning from a night shift or fishing. it's just so wholesome. i hope his ailments get better.
@beethao9380 Жыл бұрын
another leech calling someone "a beam of light" for their own gains while the "beam of light" is suffering. If people stop buying after certain hours he can sleep. Worked at fast food back in the day. Closed at 10pm, but policy is that if people are still at the line we must continue to open. Leeches already know what time the store closes, yet they only care about themselves.
