99年〜03年くらいまで西公園が遊び場で今屋のハンバーガーよく食べてました。 時にはおいちゃんと喋るためだけに西公園に行くこともありました 笑 当時は今みたいに行列はなかったので、手品を見せてくれたり、ハンバーグやさつまいもを焼いて食べさせてくれたり。 今も西公園の近くに住んでいますが久しく行ってないので近いうちに行ってみます。 大盛況なんでもしかしたら売り切れでハンバーガーは買えないかもしれないけど、おいちゃんの顔を見るだけでも。 素敵な作品をありがとうございました。

He puts his heart into the sauce, he keeps his prices low... It's like society is his family and he's being the best version of himself he can.

九州は遠いですが、やっばり近所に一人前の値段で三人前量を提供してくれる食堂があって、子どもと分けて食べたことを思い出しました。温かくて、テレビもついてて、賑やかなのがうれしかった。 今はそんなことないけど、大変な時期を過ごしてたことを忘れてはいけないし、時にうどんにコロッケが2個のってたり、なぜかおまけにポテトがついてたり、この御主人のように飲食店の人は、温かい人が多い。 温かいものをお腹いっぱい食べる以上の幸せはないと思います。

自分は73年生まれだけど、その前からずっと作り続けていらっしゃるのですね。 自分が子供の頃に知っていた大人達で、今も昔のままの姿で出会える人は一人も居りません。 人だけでなく、建物も新しいものばかりになって、自分自身も日々生きるのが精一杯な情けない50才になってしまいました。 そんななか、今崎さんはずっと変わらずそこに居てくれたんだと思うと、感慨深いなんてもんじゃありません。 子供の頃からここでホットドッグを食べて育った人達が羨ましいです。 あと十年と言わず、百歳でも現役で、健康で居て欲しい。 昔の写真のメニューにミリンダを発見して、当時の空気感を思い出しました…。

Maybe one day, but as long as Mr Imazaki is able to run his business independently, then he should be left to do so. It's quite obvious that he's a perfectionist that likes things done a certain way. Imagine being him and loving your work so much that you actually looked forward to getting up every day and getting ready to go to work. How many of us still have that kind of enthusiasm and love for what we do?
