I think Annie just wanted Nene's sitting spots. First, to get out of the rain, and then indoors where she relaxes and plays with her mom, Ai. I believe she's accepted the fact that Nene will always consider her an outsider 🤔😢

I know! From the beginning Nene didn’t want anything to do with Annie. Same with AI. It’s only now that Ai wants Annie around. Only Shabani gave love and protection to Annie.

Because Annie was raised by humans for 18 months after she was born,so when they reintroduced Annie Nene and Ai did not see her as part of the troop and Nene wanted her away from Kiyo,Nene seen Annie as a threat to her children and she is the head female of the troop.Human interference had a lot to do with it and Nene still to this day puts up with her but doesn't want to be around her,it's just the way it is and the more Annie keeps annoying and picking on Nene the more Nene hates her,and Ai doesn't give a hoot what happens,she isn't interested in anything really lol.

There is an interesting fact when gorillas were saved from a war somewhere in Africa when they were still small, and grew up in a human family, which they perceived as their own. Later, when they grew into big gorillas, people had to give them to a gorilla sanctuary. It is interesting that in the as if wild eyes of gorillas, a lively mind shines. They are calmer than chimpanzees, maybe not so fancy for pranks, but still smart.

The reason for the transfer is unknown. I am sorry I cannot give you an answer. They are government employees so they may have been ordered to be transferred or they may have requested it. We have two main keepers but one was transferred and the other stayed.
