We had hoped to release our reaction to Angelina Jordan’s original song, Million Miles, today, but unfortunately it was blocked due to copyright restrictions. Nevertheless, we hope you enjoy today’s video, as it was a very special one for us to create. Don’t forget to let us know in the comments what your special song is! 🙏🏽

Well to be honest I love them all. It seems any thing she sings will be great. Her ability to use inflection and elicit emotions from her singing is just, well it makes me think she has Pipes straight from heaven. Makes one sort of worry if she sang a real sad song. :) If you could have her do a cover of any song, what would you want and why? For me, Viera Lynn's "We'll Meet Again" It has a classy not and the jazz/big band feel she does so well, so the feeling of the song, the sad hopeful feeling of London just as the Blitz was ending and America had entered the war would be solid and so tangible. I really think she could do it justice. Any way I'm here with you guys and I hope you get Million Miles up, I don't see others having trouble with it that's odd but I don't know there system so.

Jared and Jordan, we so appreciate how you open up to all of us. I am 76 years old and have listened to Angelina each and every day for the last few years. She has helped me trough some very difficult time with her kind heart and soulful renditions. Over the last few years of have lost a son, two brothers, two nieces and a nephew. Her music has made such an impact on my life. Her original song “Million Miles” has been a savior for me. Since she has released this incredible song I have listened to it p, multiple times, every day. I am so very thankful that she is a part of my life. When she sings she pulls me into her wonderful world and I am so grateful.

Hi Jared, Hi Jordan, I am so sorry that you lost your mother at such a young age. It's unusual for you to comment on such a personal song. But you're showing that music has incredible power. Even if the sound quality isn't that good, you can hear that Angelina has a great voice and, as you said, she can convey the emotions directly to the listeners. I hope that music will continue to get you through all of life's situations and help you enjoy good times as well as get through difficult times better. A great song by Whitney Houston, who also left us way too soon. Thank you so much and Greetings from Germany

I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful mother 8 years ago. She had/has to have a special soul to love and sing daily a song like this, “I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU” written and sung by Dolly Parton originally. It has always been my tear-jerking favorite since my former husband and I married in1975 and divorced 27 years later, and for the quarter of a century since then, it still makes me cry. (I divorced him BECAUSE I loved him and wanted to allow him to live the kind of life he wanted.). I also absolutely love to listen to Whitney’s cover. I ran across Angelina Jordan about 3 years ago (I was 63-64 yo then), and have occasionally done marathon days listening only to her music. I’ve felt compelled to share Angelina’s incredibly beautiful, heart healing voice with everybody who visits. Thank you for your reactions. You are both dearly loved and appreciated very much. 🙏🏻

This song was originally written and sung by Dolly Parton. She hit the Country charts twice with it - once in 1974 and again in 1982. Many people have done it since , most notably Whitney Huston who recorded it for har movie " The bodyguard " and had a huge hit with it on the Pop music charts. I believe that Angelina's treatment of the song is closer to Dolly's version than Whitney's version but I could be mistaken. However I also firmly believe that Angelina brings out the emotions behind the song like no one else can!

Guys, this was the most genuine and heartfelt presentation I've ever seen here on KZbin. This was not a reaction. It was a Love fest. It is obvious that your mom had a purpose here on this Earth. That was to raise two of the most wonderful sons a mom could have. I am older and have lost both my parents so I know what it's like to grieve. I imagine it's even harder when you're younger. But being able to face it and learn to accept it and move on with hope is the best one can do. It's what she would have wanted. Angelina is obviously in your wheelhouse, as her sincerity and emotion pour out of her as yours did tonight. You're all real with no facade. As you said, her performance tonight was raw with no embellishments. And you guys don't need embellishments either to make an impact. You mentioned that a million miles was blocked. Some have put a filter over the screen which has worked fine. Others have blocked the screen totally and just played the audio which is riveting in itself. This original song of Angelina is one of Hope which you can identify with in many angels have experienced cleansing after listening to this. I truly hope you can find a way to make it work as others have successfully. Thank you for what you do and don't change a thing. I along with hundreds of other angels will be there for you.

The only thing that gets me through any of life without him is knowing I will see him again for eternity. May God Bless you both (as I listen to this, and cry with you). I love everything Angelina Jordan sings....she sang "You were always on my mind," for her Grandpa who passed and she loved so much. She could barely get through the song, and finally lost it at the end! On a happy note, she blows away Bohemian Rhapsody....What a superstar and truly beautiful person inside and out, Angelina is! Thank you for posting this song, may you both find peace in knowing your beautiful Mother is always with you!

My mom passed away suddenly in 2020. And I really just started to accept it about 6 months ago, which then allowed me to get some relief, and not feel tremendous pain like I did everyday after her passing. It helped me get to the point of smiling when I thought of beautiful memories, instead of crying and being so broken. It's such a very hard road, when you lose your mom. Thank you for sharing your backstory. Much love and respect to you and how you survived unspeakable pain and loss. You know your Mom's love for you is eternal, and nothing causes it to die, no matter how imperfectly we humans have loved. Yes, OMG. Your analysis of allowing the emotion to speak seems apt to me. Yes, this is a practice session. Her mother or grandmother is recording. At least that is my understanding. And, again, as I said in the Billie Holliday reaction, music is the language of the soul, the expression of the emotions that move through, the expression of the soul itself. That is why music can heal, can be a life vest. You've been so real here, and I've come to it late. Keep on taking good care of yourselves. 💜💜💜💜💜 You two are beautiful souls. Your Mother is also a beautiful soul.

Okay, you two look pretty muscular but the true power lies in your vulnerability! It makes your reactions so interesting to watch! How great that you shared your pain with us this way! And how wonderful that Angelina fits so well in your worlds! She is a comfort to the soul. Even when she was singing at the age of 7. I don't have one song that means everything to me, but I do have a singer that moves me the most and that's Angelina. Gloomy Sunday was the first I heard from her, but so many drove me to tears. "Stay" is also very powerful and so is her goodbye song for Avicii: Wake me up!

Gentlemen, my gratitude for your YT channel platform and it's purpose. Blessings to you both and for your awesome mother who watches over you two daily in the divine comfort of knowing what beautiful sons she spawned. I discovered #AngelinaJordan music right at the onset of the outbreak of COVID, dove into the rabbit hole of her amazing repertoire, even joined a couple of FB fan clubs to interact with decades of thousands of her fans throughout the world. Angelina music carried me through the dark and lonesome times as I struggled to persevere care providing for my mother who celebrated her 89th birth anniversary last October. She passed away peacefully last month and the void is still very real. I was raised playing music: piano, guitar, percussion, voice. My mother sang along with whatever played on the AM radio: Nat King Cole, Petula Clark, Vicki Carr, Julie London. I studied classical composers, folk artists, 60s rock, country artists, and jazz. Music is a universal language that requires no translation. Songs touch some but not all and never each in the same way. But your review and personal analytics of Angelina music is wonderful. My heart to yours, young men.

I am not saying you need to do a reaction video to her rendition of "You were always on my mind". I am saying it is worth the time to watch it. It is a tribute song to her grandfather and I think you will genually appreciate the performance.

Guys, she's watching over you and wants you to be the best you can be as beautiful human beings. I know she's very proud of you doing what you are now doing. And, what about Angelina? Well, I don't think words are necessary. I will say this, I think she was about 12 when she recorded this and to me, she "has been" perhaps one of the finest singers that has ever lived and she continues to give us the pleasure of listening to her to this day. The soulfulness in her originates in her soul and when she sings for us her voice becomes pure love. Jordan, we love her so much and when you became emotional all of us (YES, all of us) began to cry with you. We felt your sorrow but also cried because we know what Angelina does to people and we cry when we see how she affects people. Jared, you hang in there and you're very strong. But, one day, when she sings a particular song to you, it will hit you and we will cry along with you.

Not only did Angelina Jordan capture the essence of this song but so did her guitarist. Watch as he plays. He puts his heart, his soul into the music through his facial expressions, body movements, the way he handles and plays his guitar. All compliment the essence of this everlasting song. Thanks for sharing her and the video. I'd never heard of Angelina Jordan before you guys introduced me and I'm glad you did. Thanks too, for sharing your raw emotions. I cried along with you.

She blows my mind!!! I lost my mother at 15. She was a dancer and was asked to be a Rockette. At the time, you had to be single. My father had just proposed. She chose my father. Every year I watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade just to see the Rockettes. And every year I cry. Even still. Please react to Elvis "In The Ghetto". It is that simple and profound! In 2 minutes!

I have a heavy heart for your loss of your mother. I lost my eldest sister this past January 8th. It’s quite clear that Angelina answered your question of whether she could convey the essence of the emotion the lyrics in this song demand. Remember this: You never have to question if Angelina has the capacity to interpret and then convey the emotion of any song she sings. From the time she began singing Angelina’s highly developed instincts, hyper sensitive feel and intuition always shines through her vocals. Any of her fans will tell that these remarkable attributes are what separates her from other vocalists her age.

Beautiful reaction gentlemen, it's really special that you two have each other. It's not unusual for Angelina to bring listeners to tears, just by the raw heartfelt emotion she delivers..
