Great job! Ret electrician here. I'd definitely make up your elec boxes before sheetrocking. Good to see spray foam. It's more expensive but way better R factor and adds to structure strength. Treat for termites! I had one these in the back yard for a boat house and the termites destroyed it...

Hello Jared, 72 years young but my health isn't so great. I used to be the energizer bunny. Love watching you build and work with wood. I'm a wood guy myself and have always like building and how it all comes together. I can't do it anymore but love to watch. Even the guys that build tree houses. Dear Jared I'm a 70 year old gramma. I love watching building shows, due to my dad being a carpenter I guess. I was his tagalong when little. So I started watching Jason a couple of years ago when he was living in that tent and it was so cold. Honestly, I didn't know whether he was a hard worker, or a joker. I hung in, found out about you, continued watching and getting to know y'all a little better. I thoroughly get a kick out of you both now. And see that you are both very serious about building your homes and developing the ranch. And of course I love the critters, Mrs. Breakfast being my favorite. YAY!!! 80K! It's happening because you are an inspiration. A shootdang hard worker even in Temps that most would be melting, you have got up and worked. When supplies you needed were few and far between you went on to the next project and kept the build going. You didn't let falling off the steps, or cracking your skull stop you from picking up that hammer and soldiering on. Never been afraid to share your feelings with your subscribers , the good, and sometimes not so good days, you don't sugar coat anything, always keeping it real for your subscribers. There have been times that I wouldn't have blamed you for going back to Texas, freezing back in the winter with no coffee to warm you up eating half frozen soup out of a can, to the flood back in the spring and the ungodly heat and drought the summer brought, waiting on the well people to show up while making many trips just to make sure you had fresh water for you and the animals (thank God for the neighbors who offered their well water to make it easier for you). Congratulations, you have earned every one of those 80k!

Jared, why wouldn't we want to watch your channel? It's always interesting and informative. Plus, you're the most handsome twin (don't tell Jason I said that) and you are a very hard worker. (No I'm not hitting on you, I'm way to old for that). I'm loving watching a garden shed become a sleek modern home on the outside, while the inside is taking the shape of a comfy, cozy cabin with modern touches thrown in.
