It serves as plenty for me, my wife, and son perfectly. Low costs and quicker ownership buddy 👍. Yours is alot nicer looking inside and big property too... Very cool. Same idea.. should payoff everything in about 5 years or lil longer. Figure by 40 we will be debt free.... Other then the normal non sense taxes, utilities, insurance etc. But it would drop our monthly living costs to about $800 a month 😁👍 I can't wait.. keep on pushing man. I paid in cash. I'm looking at solar stuff too. Including those solar motion sensor lights!! I am SW of Tucson and in the sun! Im with you on the no oven! I'm a griller!! I'm trying to figure out if I should salvage my house on the property or just do a tiny home. I just got my second AZ Contractors License for repair/remodel and would love to do a shed conversion. I look at 50ft insulated refrigerator box trucks, sheds, metal barn builds, arched tiny home builds, bus conversions, 5th wheel convsrsions, CHOICES CHOICES!! I love the barn style doors, my plan is to have those over some of my windows too! Shiplap looks good in the bathroom. And I love the floating shelves!!! Truly inspiring! I love pop color too but teal blue is my favorite. I'm planning on going with lots of greens and woods. I'm from Longview TX btw! I love pocket doors/ shelves as well! Love sliding walls!! Genius! We have the same plan! I paid cash. I will be paying for everything in cash. I have 0 debt as well!!! I'm 36 and I own 1.3 acres. My American dream too!!! I got everything for 31k. I'm looking for my next investment property!! Where I'm zoned I can have agricultural, livestock, RVs, mobile homes, permits for tiny homes are encouraged in my county (Pima County) 0 time restrictions 0 building restrictions.

Very nice! You should be proud of your home. Great closet idea!! And I LOVE the vaulted ceilings and windows! My son has a friend that is 26 and been a double amputee since he was around 5yrs old. He has a job, hunts, goes fishing in his boat etc he is extremely independent and never slows down .... he inspires everyone around him.... you are a great inspiration too !

I'm currently looking into doing something like this myself and I found your video via a search. Your conversion is beautiful! The way the world is currently headed, I'm ready to leave the suburbs! Thank you for the inspiration! 🌻💙

Pam Dixon I was wondering the same thing, how much money he has into it.
@jamesyates75034 жыл бұрын
Id say he has probably around $5,000-$10,000 grand into it
@kanielagifford2934 жыл бұрын
I bet he's at least $50,000 ($28,500 shed, $1,500 power pole hook up, $6,000 septic, $1,500 well, $3,000 front porch, $1,500 back porch, $1,500 per bathroom, $2,000 flooring, $2,000 kitchen appliances, $1,500 living room furnishings, $1,000 wood/brick work) ... then there are other expenses as well ... still, no matter the cost, he has done an amazing job!

@@jamesyates7503 you're going to pay more than that just for the shed
