Brotherhood isn’t just these vocalists, this is the metal community as a whole, we are together In our darkest times because our music makes us something, a voice and a purpose, a collective brotherhood full of many individuals with there own hurt and strife to overcome we lose a lot of amazing talented people everyday, Kurt Cobain and Chester Bennington were some inspirations we lost in the rock world but there are so many more, just like shanon, it’s sad to see people go but whether you are religious or not, most of us hope for a better place after death. We hope our departed are making the most of it

This life we live is full of tribulations Sometimes the hurt is beyond comprehension Satisfied by nothing When all we know is pain Death divides While bringing us together No words I say Will bring back our brother Alone I am Weak in The eyes of the storm Time Passes on Leaving us behind to mourn Breaking down every word you wrote I see now how blind I was Pain & strife are all you knew But I just wish I could have talked to you Biding time to run and hide So I don't have to face my friends Pressure builds behind my eyes Waiting for this nightmares end Perennial You are forever In a house of glass your stones Make the loudest crash Path maker, hope sculptor, peace keeper Your endeavours were not in vain I hope you found your peace of mind I know you game me mine. Build me up to break yourself down Reaching for the heavens In hopes to find your own cloud Your sun has set Upon us all (Upon us all) But its always darkest before its dawn Every night is a sleepless one When I lay awake and realize you're gone I treat grief with a passing glance Knowing one day it will bring back my past These memories are all that's left It's hard to live in retrospect Pissed of and angry Was there even anything I could have done? Looking further towards the future Seeing all the gifts it holds Burning bridges, flooded rivers Overflowing on the roads Candlelight exhumes the night Prancing shadows adorned in fright Weeping willows bow their heads Silence speaks in respects of the dead Wallflower I need your grace I know you're hiding please show your face Monochrome my skin loses pigment All alone the misery is... Imminent! Build me up to break yourself down Reaching for the heavens In hopes to find your own cloud Your sun has set Upon us all (Upon us all) But its always darkest before its dawn I've been stuck in the dark Unknowing just hoping I've been stuck in the dark Looking for my true being I've been stuck in the dark Unknowing just hoping All I found was a disappointment Looking back at me You don't know the struggle! You don't know the struggle! You don't know the struggle! Days and days will melt away Life the battered pedals of a wilted flower No matter how rich the soil is foliage dies When the roots are rotted Brimstone and fire Cleanse me of the guilt I bear Everything I feel is part of the grieving Devastation from that night Still haunts my dreams and plights Ready to take the world by storm I leave all my doubts at the door In this brotherhood we are stronger Together than we are alone Navigator shine your light Guide me back home Build me up to break yourself down Reaching for the heavens In hopes to find your own cloud (Your sun has set) Your sun has set Upon us all (Upon us all) Upon us all But its always darkest before its dawn Remembering the day I got the news Recalling all the broken smiles Tears and changed moods Your light will shine from now until forevermore forevermore Your words shiver through my being Like a lost traveler Hearing his echo in the distance You were humble, you were wise You were thoughtful you were kind Even at your worst you make us feel fine Shanon, I don't want you go but I know... It's your time. And you're not coming back!
