Jaron, I’m not sure where you’re based out of but I think you’d be a wonderful teacher at my school. It’s called Icon Collective in Burbank, California. I find your videos extremely helpful while learning about music theory in class.

Thanks Oliver! I will have to check into the Icon Collective, it looks like a great place to explore Electronic Music. Thanks for checking out the channel!

This one video is the key that has unlocked chord voicing for me. I've been searching for this since forever. Thank you.

Hi Jaron - your videos are amazing, really well explained and paced. But - what would make them extra helpful, is if you briefly showed the hand positions on the keyboard for these chords.

One day I take midi keyboard and started to play. I decided to play only white keys, because I don't play piano at all. Surprisingly it was enough to make whole album =)

what i did is just learn as much as possible about Aminor/Cmajor (how to transpose into relative modes, what chords evoke what emotions) and then use ableton pitch device to turn it into a different key.

@@wayback1010 exsactly, the trick some old synth funk players used, learn one key and just transpose the synth for a new track. I did it with Dm and also using abletons pitch :D
