It's very interesting to me how "Nightcore" became a thing because waaayyyy before KZbin even existed, 2002 to be exact I would mess with the pitch of songs that where on tape by adding a bit of pressure to the play button. You couldn't do it on CD audio just Tape...but that was how I would get that "sped up pitch" that is now considered "trendy" nightcore music. I would listen to it all the time growing up waayy before it was even popular.

My biggest flex is that i really love music and i heard most of the tt trends before they become trends. I never forget faces of my colleagues that were really into tt, ig and influencing when they show me in 2021 "NEW TREND - Primadonna Girl" and they were shocked that i know this 'brand new song' when i don't have tt. When I show them this song is actually older than most of our younger siblings (2014) they were offended 😂 after few months they have learned nnothing and showed me "omg hot new song" - Sofia Reyes 1,2,3.
