GREAT scene. I don't even remember this. Alan loved Jason, and Jason broke his heart. This was gut-wrenching...

That's from Fantastic writing and fantastic acting

Yeah Jason broke his heart but it's not like Jason meant to. As this was no longer Jason Q and in a way Jason couldn't help it due to the damage done cause of the accident

I didn't watch GH until well after this, so I hadn't seen this amazing scene between Jason and Alan. Wow. I ignored the fuzzy quality 'cause I've wanted to understand Jason's history. It was worth it... I had tears running down my cheeks by the end of it. Thanks, cutelilangel!

That’s just bullshit when Jason say his dad means nothing

lol Jason starts a fight gets his ass rightfully kicked but AJ gets a scolding from Alan while Alan professes his love to a Jason that couldn't careless starting to see where the Jason hero worship comes from and how its gotten worse.

Alan was so funny here even during a touching scene. I heard Stuart Damon had the best sense of humor on GH and Alan shows that.

I think somewhere in Jason he still loves his family but doesn't want to show it. And I also believe that Jason misses his father. Maybe he doesn't but that's just my opinion.

jennyiam I know this is 6 years late but here's the deal (You may already know): Justus and Keesha were related by half-blood. Justus and his sister Faith were the children of Bradley Ward. Bradley Ward was the illegitimate son of Edward Quartermaine and Mary Mae Courtnee. Mary Mae later married Daniel Ward and Daniel adopted Bradley. Mary Mae and Daniel had a child together: David. David Ward is the father of Keesha Ward. So Justus and Faith are Quartermaines not Keesha.

One of the few fights Jason outright lost. I remember Jagger beat the hell out of him too once.

Its amazing how they always made aj a punching bag and jason invincible . Ridiculous writing , he seemed like he could take care of himself not the wimp he became
@sherryoneal17402 жыл бұрын
You have to remember AJ is also a pure-bred alcoholic and nobody has great balance or thinking clearly or reacts quickly when they are wasted not that that was the case here I'm just trying to ascertain why people like yourself think AJ is a wimp. It's because He makes himself that way. If you don't want to be a wimp then you become a bully yourself and unfortunately that's what AJ did later in life he bullied everyone to take his son back after he faked his death but in the end did the right thing and let his son go back home. People drink and become an alcoholic because of many reasons but the case here might be because AJ is not happy with his family or his home life and how he is treated so he acts accordingly like a wimp

Yeah The Q's will always love Jason Quatermaine. But this is Jason Morgan. And yeah what Jason Morgan said to Alan is hurtful But Alan DAMN well deserved it. So yeah i always will like Jason Morgan. Despite what the haters say at all.

I'mACrazyFreak4Life um, what did Alan do to Jason to deserve anything???
@johntx73686 жыл бұрын
I'mACrazyFreak4Life except his love and gratitude. He was the “golden boy”, the favorite son. And grew up privileged from the beginning.

Wow I don't think I have ever seen Alan be so honest so open and vulnerable and then to get shut down this is exactly why the quartermaine's needed to change the way they were with each other sadly a lesson they never learned

Aggh. I hate Jason Morgan (especially right after the accident). I loved Jason Quartermaine though.

Alan was so heartbreaking in that scene! I remember this scene when it first aired and even though I know it wasn't all his fault because the accident changed his emotions but I hated Jason for the way he broke his father's heart that day!
@SerenGardenxo17 жыл бұрын
yea i hate that they didn't work things out. Hey maybe Tracey can put that ghost of Alan to good use and let Jason and Alan work out their situation
@rieneke17 жыл бұрын
I think I hate the GH writers more and more everyday. After a scene like this you would think they would have at least let Jason rectify this situation before Alan died, since he was starting to feel for his father. But nope the stupid writers couldn't even let us have that. Its sad and makes me angry, talking to a dead body just isn't the same

Aww, dammit Alan, why'd you have to pull him off? It was just getting good.

So here is a broken-hearted father pouring out his hurt and disappointment to a young man who has no memory of him. . He knows he is supposed to love him but he doesn’t even know what love means, much less how to love a total stranger. So all he hears is how hurt Alan is that he has lost his perfect son and how disappointed he is in what is left of that son. Does he reassure Jason that he loves and values him still? No, he is so consumed with his own pain that he can’t see his son’s pain. I felt sorry for Alan but I felt a lot sorrier for Jason. As a doctor, Alan should know better; he knows It is not Jason’s fault that he can’t feel the way he did before. But he lays a crushing load of guilt on a young man not equipped to deal with it. Alan is the one who is being mean here, not Jason.
@sherryoneal17402 жыл бұрын
I just wish that the quarter means would have understood the wisdom from the store riffic accident and learn to treat each other differently and say what you mean from your heart do people know how you feel when it matters but sadly the quartermaine's never learned this lesson even to this day in 2021 they still have not learned this lesson
@JENNYIAM16 жыл бұрын
wasn't keesha their cousin?
@sh0145a17 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I felt bad for Alan, but I felt worse for Jason. Alan was trying to stuff an image down Jason's throat. And, calling Jason's eyes cold and unfeeling while they are full of tears. The Quartermaines hurt Jason, too.
@johntx73686 жыл бұрын
SaraWithoutAnH he wasn’t stuffing anything down his throat. If you understand the scene, characters, and history you would know that Alan went DEEP and summed up what Jason meant to him. He was mourning the “loss”of his son. He was in no way mean during this. I did not like at all the way Jason treated his family after the accident (except AJ, I can understand, since he caused the accident). Jason hurt the whole family. He was just confused because of the brain injury. No one was at fault here. Except maybe AJ.

Man, way to kick the kid while he's down. It's not his fault his brother's a moron and now he has to suffer. Still - "It's very sad, what you said. I feel how you hurt, but it means absolutely nothing to me." That's badass.
