I am a huge, long time, fan of this sport and I just want to thank you for this podcast. It has opened my eyes to so many athletes that I honestly did not care for, for what ever reasons. I am now a fan of Jason Anderson after listening to this podcast. It was so refreshing to see him vulnerable and hear him say that he knows when he was wrong but he is working on being better. I thought he was some punk kid that didnt give a shit except him winning at all cost. Im a 47 year old man and I know we all make mistakes. especially when you are pushing at the maximum level. I have never understood why liking a certain rider, makes people dislike or despise another?. Watching these guys ride, including and especially the privateers put it on the line (and knowing how fast these guys are) makes me respect and appreciate them all. Jason showed me a lot when he showed Eli and Chase that respect at the end of outdoors, great interview!

It’s good to hear you guys talking about being transparent, open and loving. I’m 53 years old and during the time I was turning 30, it was defiitely not cool to be that way. The only blueprint for living in those days, for men, was to have a tough facade and not show what was considered to be weakness to anyone. Hey Jason have you ever looked into doing mountain biking instead of road biking? It's a more natural position for moto I found, I'm just a former desert guy but all of my pedaling was done in the hills of socal. Like 30 miles on the mountain hits different than 30 on the road. Plus climbs and dips give you a good cardio cycle rhythm and still requires you to use that small muscle groups to absorb impact load from hitting chatter bump, ruts, logs, etc so it keeps the forearms and shoulders in good riding position and condition.

You can bring it all together for what it's worth... on the sx for sure... but even outdoors. Your wins should come outdoors this year... cause it's July 4th now... and Barcia gets 3rd? Team Fried and Dirtshark need to amp you up bro. It wouldn't even surprise me to see you get legit lit! You're better and wiser and lot's of years if you want to race... but if anyone can handle these new levels and still flow... you're one of the boys that can for sure! 😎🤙
