I was at Knockhill 2018 & met Jason Plato & got to meet my hero & I was not disappointed atall. He is an absolute legend. Back in a Front wheel Vauxhall now, back at the sharp end, Plato has another chance to win a championship. Also Nearly 100 race wins. ✌

Strange that of all he has done in BTCC , nobody ever seemed to poach him away for WTCC while Chilton, Huff and Thompson and others all took that route. We will all feel old when Plato finishes, just like the end of Cleland in that atrocious Vectra, that said you have to wonder why JC never finished at the end in 2000, the last year of super touring when the vectra finally had some ability.

@@bear1245 it doesn't matter anymore. BTCC isn't a real motorsport. Subaru aren't even allowed to enter again with boxer engine in a shorter chassis. They even changed the rules so a wagon has more air resistance disadvantage than ever. I stopped watching British racing. BTCC in 2019 was like watching bumper cars at the tivoli.
