The A pillar trim i made something similar from XC pillar trims for my XB coupe. Certainly looks better than painted and hides the roof lining.

The tank looks good, just watch for pin holes in the wheel well... My original tank looked fine but I filled her up and could smell petrol the next day and my spare was half covered in fuel. I threw out the replacement about a year ago because I had no room to store it after getting a new one for the fuel injection. That fuse box looks pretty good. As you know I ended up getting a stock one to replace my melted one. It's getting there. Keep up the great work.

Check to make sure your kick panel will go back in with that longer fuse box. 30 odd years ago I had my fuse box on my XB swapped out, it wasn't to long but it was slightly wider than the old one and the left hand side of the fuse box opening in the kick panel had to be trimmed up to make it fit. Bolt it in, fit the fuse box cover and fit your kick panel before wiring. I can confirm that those panel shelf side trims are the same colour as your door trims. The tank filler tube was originally finish in either a galvanized finish or a silver finish, I think Ford got lazy on the early models and didn't paint them at first. The kick panels are meant to be a shade different. My XB Fairmont has a P2 interior, had the car since 1982 and the kick panels have always been a different shade. If you wash them down and hit them with some Armoall they will turn a darker and deeper shade. The clocks are an easy fix normally, it a small flat metal tab the breaks loose from where it's meant to be fixed, the solder lets go.

Retroford make everything to get it into an Esky. Then all that's needed is manifolds and Australia is blessed with an abundance of talented fabricators. You should go for it 🙌🏻

@_wallnutz_ the platform isn't big enough to warrant bolt on turbo kits. Find someone who makes steam pipe manifolds to do a one-off. And cut & shut a factory zetec aluminium manifold.

@@Rhubarb237 Can't be bothered now it has itbs on it. Zetec are plastic manifolds, people in the UK make metal ones. Should have just put a YB in to start with but I was a brokey back then. Maybe when Xrp goes to the moon I'll YB it.
